PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which is excellent in coping with reduction in voltage supplied from an external device.SOLUTION: An IC card comprises input means, monitoring means, control means, and communication means. The input means inputs power supplied from the outside. The monitoring means monitors an input voltage value of the power. The control means interprets an input signal transmitted from the outside to control operation. The communication means receives the input signal, and if the monitoring means detects abnormality in the input voltage value on transmitting a response signal to the input signal, transmits abnormality information by the response signal. |
