PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing a user correspondence processing to a specific event occurred on the system operation side.SOLUTION: A station service apparatus 11 includes a use detailed data server 13 acquiring individual identification information for all of the IC cards occurring specific events by retrieving database based on the received specific events and registering the information to a distribution server 15 with the unique event information in the specific events, determining whether the card currently processing is the card occurring the specific event or not based on the individual identification information received from the distribution server, and processing means informing a message to the user using the card guiding the user to a station clerk who can operate a clerk terminal 11C based on the event information received from the distribution server 15 in the case where the IC card is determined to be occurring the specific event. |
