Integral reinforced-concrete insulation block, constituted by two symmetrical rectangular concrete slabs (1) with frustoconical projections (2) and steel reinforcement (3) incorporated on the planar side thereof, which slabs are connected together by the bases of the projections thereof by means of a specific epoxy adhesive or resin, and, between the projections of the two facing slabs, there may be a sheet (4) of aluminium or another, reflecting/sealing metal, or a filler (6) of heat-insulating concrete or polyurethane foam may be included between projections of one of the slabs, i.e. that intended to be on the building interior side. This block, suitably assembled with contiguous blocks by means of a novel anchoring device, allows the prefabricated construction of exterior and interior walls made from concrete, with an air space, a high level of mechanical strength and an insulating capability vis-à-vis temperature, noise and, with the inclusion of the metallic sheet, condensation moisture and radiation. |
