The method involves detecting state of charge of energy storage (E). The system is operated in secondary operating mode in which the energy storage is discharged, to provide load from energy storage and/or to feed back energy from storage in central electricity mains, when the price of electricity at preset time interval is greater, and if state of charge of storage is higher. The energy is allowed to be fed back from the storage into central mains as long as marginal portion of capacity is not exceeded, in order to ensure availability of consumers in system, if central mains fail.
