The present invention relates to an electrically conductive resin composition which can be used for ESD material by having excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical properties, a manufacturing method thereof, and a molded article using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a resin composition which comprises a carbon structure that is reformed as an organic group containing an alkyl group and a conductive aromatic group and which the reformed carbon structure is uniformly dispersed in a polyolefin resin thereby having excellent electrical conductivity and machnical properties, a manufacturing method thereof, and a molded article using the same.
