PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller capable of appropriately positioning an anchoring protrusion of a cover to an adhesive in a seal groove.SOLUTION: Positioning pins 22 to 26 for inserting into each of positioning holes, are provided on a cover 3, while first to forth positioning holes 13 to 16 are perforated at four corners of a case 2 for housing a circuit board 1. A protrusion 21 pushed and fitted into an adhesive 11 of a seal groove 10, is projected on a lower surface 20a of a fitting piece of the cover 3, while a seal groove 10 to be filled with an adhesive 11, is formed over the whole peripheral wall 2b of the case. When an axial length of the positioning pin is formed so as to be longer than the protrusion and the cover is assembled to the case, firstly the positioning pin is inserted into the positioning hole to position the cover, and the protrusion is subsequently fitted into the seal groove. |
