PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which can effectively prompt a user to cope with an error in the device.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: display means which displays operation keys 61A corresponding to various types of operation contents; and operation means which outputs operation signals according to an operation specified by the operation key 61A. The information processing device is configured to reduce operability of the operation keys 61A, for example, by reducing display density of the operation keys 61A (refer to Fig. (B) and (C)) from when an error occurs until the error is to be resolved.
