A sight for a firearm including a digital video camera capturing a series of video images including at least a first image taken of a target containing field that is captured before the firing of the first projectile and additional images taken of the projectile flying to and reaching the target. A video display screen includes a display of an image of the target containing field and a reticule to permit the user to aim the firearm by positioning the reticule over the target. A processor in communication with the camera and the video display. The processor process video images to determine the flight path of the projectile and where the projectile impacts the target and adjusts for the variance between the two points by moving the image of the target field to center the impact point under the reticule in preparation for the next shot. |
