PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link robot which can increase an arrival distance of a tool to a side away from a base part.SOLUTION: A parallel link robot 1 is provided with: a base part 3; an end part 4 which is moved with respect to the base part 3; at least three sets of link mechanisms 5 laid between the base part 3 and the end part 4; and a shaft unit 20 laid between the base part 3 and the end part 4. The shaft unit 20 includes: a first shaft part 21 which can slide and rotate with respect to the base part 3; a second shaft part 23 which is connected to the first shaft part 21 via a first universal joint 22 and can be stretched and contracted; a third shaft part 25 which is connected to the second shaft part 23 via a second universal joint 24 and can slide and rotate with respect to the end part 4, and to/from which a tool T can be attached/detached; and an air cylinder 26 which is arranged at the base part 3 and moves the first shaft part 21 in an axial direction. |
