An objective of the present invention is to provide an audio device whereby a contribution is made to the provision of sound to a plurality of users who are located in different directions and an electronic apparatus wherein said sound device is mounted. The audio device comprises: a first ultrasound oscillator group which is positioned upon a first face facing a first direction; a second ultrasound oscillator group which is positioned upon a second face facing a second direction which is different from the first direction; a first sound port group which opens facing the first direction and radiates ultrasound from the first ultrasound oscillator group; and a second sound port group which opens facing the second direction and radiates ultrasound from the second ultrasound oscillator group.
