PURPOSE: A producing method of frozen food is provided to maintain the growth of Lactobacillus after the food is heated. CONSTITUTION: One or more ingredients selected from meat or marine products are mixed with seasonings and heat resistant mixed Lactobacillus to obtain a mixture. The mixture is cool-aged and molded. The molded mixture is heated in a fryer or an oven. The heated mixture is cooled and rapidly frozen. The heat resistant mixed Lactobacillus is formed or 10wt% of mixed Lactobacillus, 20wt% of Bacillus coagulans, 40wt% of yogurt powder, and 30wt% of malto dextrin. The mixed Lactobacillus is selected from a group consisting of Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium rhamnosus, or Lactobacillus paracasei. |
