PURPOSE: A modulator using a spin nano-element array is provided to improve the superhigh frequency oscillation signal of a spin oscillator with electronic circuits. CONSTITUTION: A modem comprises spin nano-elements (10), a spin nano-element array, and a selection control unit. The spin nano-element generates a super high frequency oscillation signal. The spin nano-elements are arranged in a matrix in the spin nano-element array. The selection control unit as a decoder (20) or a thermometer coder (30) selects rows or columns of the spin nano-element array to modulate or demodulate a user information signal.
