摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of red ginseng extract is provided to manufacture red ginseng extract with less bitterness and soft taste containing intrinsic components of red ginseng, herbal medicine and plants. CONSTITUTION: Red ginseng is added with alcohol of 40-60 volume% of 4-6 times based on the red ginseng weight, extracted at 80-90deg.C for 20-28 hours 2-4 times, and filtered. Red ginseng extract is concentrated at a reduced pressure of 650-700 mmHg and 55-65deg.C to manufacture red ginseng concentrate. Paeony, cnidium, angelica gigas, Rehmannia glutinosa, Poria cocos Wolf, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, Puerariae radix, Glycyrrhizae radix, licorice root, milk vetch root, malt, Agastachis Herba, Cinnamonum cassia Bluma and water are mixed and extracted at 90-100deg.C for 16-24 hours. Dextrin and trehalos are mixed with the herbal medicine extract, filtered, and concentrated to 65-75 brix at a reduced pressure of 650-700 mmHg and 55-60deg.C, to manufacture herbal medicine concentrate. Oligosaccharide, grapefruit extract, mixed plant extract and red ginseng concentrate are mixed with the herbal medicine concentrate, and sterilized at 80-90deg.C for 20-40 minutes.
