PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inquire whether or not recording a program that has attracted interest of a user.SOLUTION: A server includes means for receiving a reaction comment created by a user viewing each program broadcasted from a plurality of broadcast stations, and a response comment created by a user browsing the reaction comments, and means for transmitting the reaction comment and the response comment thus received to an information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus includes means for receiving the reaction comment and the response comment, means for classifying the reaction comments and the response comments for each broadcast station at a predetermined time interval, means for determining wether or not there is a broadcast station where the number of the reaction comments and the response comments thus classified satisfies predetermined conditions in a predetermined time zone, and means for inquiring whether or not recording the program of a broadcast station when there is a broadcast station where the predetermined conditions are satisfied in a predetermined time zone.
