PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-construct underfloor structure capable of enhancing the vibration control performance, sound insulation performance and gait performance of a building floor having a floor slab in a regular-beam structure, when constructing the building floor in a dual structure.SOLUTION: An elastic cushioning body 12 is mounted between the upper face of a sleeper beam 4A and a floor panel body 3, and an intermediate vibration control part 31 is arranged between both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sleeper beam 4A. The intermediate vibration control part 31 consists of an inverted &pgr;-shaped beam placement seat 33 having a center recessed portion 32 for supporting the sleeper beam 4A, thickness-increased support base parts 35 provided on a floor slab 2 separately at both left and right sides of the sleeper beam 4A so as to support both left and right wing plate parts 34a, 34b of the beam placement seat located on both left and right sides of the sleeper beam, respectively, and an elastic cushioning body 37 mounted between both left and right wing plate parts 34a, 34b of the beam placement seat 33 and the thickness-increased support base parts 35. |
