An LED signal display device having a heat radiation and hinge structure according to the present invention includes: an LED module; a light guide plate that has an internal groove formed on the rear portion of both ends to insert the LED module and converts a light path to uniformly output the light emitted from the LED module to the front portion thereof, wherein the LED module is inserted into the internal groove; a heat radiating means provided on one region of the internal groove at which the LED module is fixed, to transmit the heat generated from the LED module to outside; a side cover to be fixed by inserting the light guide plate and both side surface portions of the heat radiating means; an internal support means disposed between one surface of the heat radiating means and the side cover and transmitting the heat from the heat radiating means; and a rear support plate disposed on the rear surface portion of the light guide plate to protect the light guide plate from the outside by fixing and coupling with the side cover and the internal support means.
