PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate diol containing composition that is superior in color tone, is little in coloring change due to heating, and has excellent heat-resistance.SOLUTION: A polycarbonate diol containing composition contains polycarbonate diols having a number average molecular weight of 250 or more and 5000 or less and also having 95 mol% or more of the ratio of hydroxy groups relative to total terminal groups, phosphorus compounds, and hindered phenolic compounds.
