PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound probe and an ultrasound diagnostic device whereby work can be reduced and it is possible to avoid degradation of image quality.SOLUTION: An ultrasound probe comprises acoustic windows, an oscillator part, and a mobile mechanism. The acoustic windows comprise one or more concave face-shaped retaining faces which engage with a subject. The oscillator part comprises a plurality of oscillators which are arrayed in one or a plurality of rows and which carry out transmission and receiving of ultrasound with the subject via the acoustic windows. The mobile mechanism moves the oscillator part in a direction which is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of each row of the oscillators.
