PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canned pork cutting implement capable of cutting canned pork safely.SOLUTION: The canned pork cutting implement comprises a guide plate A and a slide plate B. The guide A comprises: a plane knife C for cutting off canned pork P, at one end of the guide plate A; and pressing bars D1 and D2 for pressing the canned pork P from above and a guide groove F for vertically guiding a slide plate B at its slide bar H, at the other end. The slide plate B comprises the slide bar H and a thread-like cutter E for thinly or thickly cutting off the pressed canned pork P in a horizontal direction. |
