Disclosed are a decryption method and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving decryption information input by a user, wherein the decryption information is picture selection information when the user selects a picture on a decryption interface, and the decryption interface displays multiple pictures; determining whether the picture selection information matches with preset picture decryption information; and after it is determined that the matching is successful, performing a decryption operation. The embodiments of the present invention solve the problem in the related art that the decryption method is tedious and the decryption interface picture is dull. This decryption method is safe, the user does not need to memorize the password and only needs to memorize one or more pictures to complete screen decryption, decryption can be fulfilled by using a slidable plane, which adds fun to the decryption, and the user can view favorite pictures during the decryption process, thereby improving the user experience. |
