<p>A power conversion device comprises: a DC part; a converter for converting DC power accumulated in the DC part to three-phase AC power with a desired frequency; a regeneration unit which regenerates the AC power converted by the converter into a power source; and an operation command selection unit capable of selecting a signal outside the device or a signal output from an operation determination process inside the device. The operation determination process inside the device is executed independently from the operation command selection, and the output signal of the process can be output outside the power conversion device.</p>
