PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust unbalance of a rotor well, without fixing a magnet to a magnet insertion hole with adhesive or resin, in the rotor of an embedded magnet motor.SOLUTION: In the rotor (3) of an embedded magnet motor, magnets (31l), (31r) are inserted into a rectangular magnet insertion hole (33) formed in a rotor core (30). When adjusting balance of the rotor (3), the rotor (3) or an assembly where a rotating shaft (4) is attached to the rotor (3) is rotated. In a state where respective magnets (31l), (31r) inserted into the magnet insertion hole (33) are moved to the ends (El), (Er), separated farther from the center (O) of rotation than the center (C) of each magnet insertion hole (33), by centrifugal force during rotation, unbalance of the rotor (3) or the assembly is corrected. |
