The method also includes obtaining security information associated with the customer, where the security information is obtained from a source other than the customer using the first information. The method further includes verifying an identity of the customer using the security information and second information received from the user device. In addition, the method includes, after the identity of the customer is verified, enrolling the customer in the service. |
