The present invention relates to a needle-type probe pin and a needle-type pin board. For this, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the pin board includes a base block formed at a coupling groove; a pressurizing block coupled at the first coupling groove with at least one cross guiding part by at least one first elastic member to move up and down; a slit part coupled with a lower surface of the pressurizing block and having multiple slits; a probe pin inserted and fixed into the slits of the slit part; a main substrate coupled with the base block; and a flexible circuit board having a plurality of electrode lines for electrically connecting the probe pin with the main substrate. The probe pin includes a plate-shaped pin body and a plate-shaped pin part connected to an end of the pin body and having a needle with a sharpened end. The pin part includes a plate-shaped elasticity providing part that provides elasticity in a vertical direction when the pin part contacts a panel upon testing the panel. The slit part includes a slit for the pin part, which corresponds to a slot to which the pin part is coupled. The pin part is inserted into the slit, enabling the pin part to move only in the vertical direction without horizontal-direction movement when the pin part contacts the panel when testing the panel.
