PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and analyze temperature changes of an electric actuator while suppressing the numbers of components and working processes related to a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 70 is mounted on a control module 17, and a relay member 72 as part of heat transfer means is attached in the direction of a motor housing 4 from a position of the control module 17 spaced from the temperature sensor 70. A thermally conductive metal material is patterned between the relay member 72 and the temperature sensor on the control module 17 to form a pattern member 73 as part of the heat transfer means. The relay member 72 and the pattern member 73 as the heat transfer means thus form a heat transfer path between the motor housing 4 and the temperature sensor 70, and heat from the motor housing 4 is transferred to the temperature sensor 70 via the heat transfer path. |
