ARC WELDING CONTROL METHOD

This arc welding control method is an arc welding control method that welds a workpiece by alternately repeating a short circuit period in which a welding wire short circuits the workpiece and an arc period in which the short circuit is opened and an arc is generated. The welding current is increased from the current immediately before arc reoccurrence to a first welding current so that the slope of the increase is no less than 750A/msec when opening of the short circuit is detected.
