A mechanism for fixation of Makarov pistol magazine includes a catch with pressing spring. The catch is provided with a lever for quick release of magazine arranged as a two-arm lever with a flange at one side arranged at angle 90° to the lever, and at the other side the end of the lever is arranged as a yoke, with that it is fixed on the catch.
