The present invention relates to a wind power generating device, which is characterized in comprising: a rotor shaft connected to a rotor blade rotated by wind to integrally rotate with the rotor blade; a first gear part coupled to a rear end of the rotor shaft to increase a RPM of the rotor blade; a second gear part engaging with at least one portion of the first gear part and dividing power transmitted from the first gear part; a torque conversion part receiving and changing a portion of the divided power from the second gear part; and a generator receiving the changed power from the torque conversion part and a portion of the divided power from the second gear part to generate electricity. A variable speed power transmission device for generating wind power according to the present invention includes a torque converter without a voltage converter for changing a voltage, to mechanically maintain a constant RPM. Accordingly, manufacturing costs of the variable speed power transmission device are decreased, and the configuration thereof is simplified, and maintenance thereof is easy. |
