An administration server includes a link management table (111), an IO node management table (112), a reception unit (121), a selection unit (124), and a transmission unit (122). The reception unit (121) receives from any of information processing devices a transfer request for requesting data transfer to an input-output device into or from which data is input or output. In response to the received transfer request, when determining that a communication path to the input-output device is already selected, the selection unit (124) specifies the information processing device or the input-output processing device as a transfer destination from the selected communication path. When determining that no communication is selected, the selection unit (124) specifies the information processing device or the input-output processing device as a transfer destination according to the communication path to the input-output device selected according to the communication state stored in the link management table (111) and the IO node management table (112). The transmission unit (122) transmits the identifier for identifying the specified information processing device or input-output device to the information processing device having issued the transfer request. |
