The present invention relates to a point pollution sources and non-point pollution sources environmentally friendly method to treat by completely removing trash of every kind contained in river water and rainwater and contaminants, and a point pollution sources and non-point pollution sources water quality purification system to purify water by storing the river water and the rainwater which are applied to the same and, more specifically, to an environmentally friendly method to self-purify water by removing a large amount of the contaminants and non-point pollution sources at the first rain, and to be reused by storing the treated water. |
