<p>The invention relates to a new rapid procedure allowing a simultaneous assessment of sperm vitality and sperm morphology on the same semen preparation allowing to identify a sperm sub-population of membrane-intact (viable) morphologically normal spermatozoa of biological significance for any sperm quality assessment procedure such as in clinical or research-oriented male fertility investigations.</p> |
