<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the dynamic spring constant to high-frequency small-amplitude vibration, while attaining a sufficiently low dynamic spring constant by developing a vibration damping function to idling vibration and engine shake vibration. <P>SOLUTION: A first limiting passage 10 and a second limiting passage 11 independently allow both chambers to communicate with each other. A negative actuator 13 is provided on the other end side of a cylindrical member, the negative actuator displacing the on-off valve element 5 between a position where it closes an opening 10a on the sub-liquid chamber 9 side of the first limiting passage 10 and a position where it is separated from the opening 10a of the first limiting passage 10. The on-off valve element 5 includes a connecting rod 17 which is extended within the first limiting passage 10 to be displaced forwardly and backwardly, and a throttle valve element 18. A thin film member 19 which is displaced within the liquid based on a pressure change of the first limiting passage 10 and a flexible membrane body 20 which is deformed by hydraulic pressure change associated with the displacement of the thin film member 19 are disposed in the on-off valve element 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
