The pull-out guide has pull-out guide rails whose displacement is restricted relative to a middle guide rail (4). A stop damper comprises a rigid transmission structure (23) that is connected with middle guide rail by elastic damping structures (24,25). The counter stop structures are rigidly attached to pull-out guide rails. The end stops are mounted on middle guide rail. The excess force is transmitted from counter stop structures to end stops without transferring through rigid transmission structure, if force exerted by counter stop structures is exceeded.
