<p>Compositions are disclosed that provide both a cleansing and moisturizing benefit from the same product, that are in a dry form for mixing with a carrier at the point of use and packaged in a flexible manner for ease of use so that packaging amounts equate to a volume of carrier to be added by the end user and the concentration of the chemicals used is greatly reduced. These compositions provide improved lathering and cleansing characteristics, are extremely mild to the skin, deliver a moisturizing agent to the skin, are in a dry powder form and require a much reduced concentration of formulating chemicals. The compositions comprise at least one surfactant and at least one moisturizing agent. Also disclosed are methods for packaging so that packaging amounts equate to a volume of carrier to be added and to methods for delivering these compositions as a foam.</p> |
