Disclosed is a device for operating a transmission. The device includes a lever plate which moves in linking with a shift lever and has a mount groove, an elastic unit which is inserted into the mount groove and provides supporting force by elastic force, an elastic ring which is supported by the elastic unit and can be expanded and contracted in a radial direction, and a bullet which is supported with the elastic ring by the elastic unit and can be inserted into the elastic ring, wherein the bullet and the elastic ring are pressed in the longitudinal direction of the mount groove and one of the bullet and the elastic ring comes in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mount groove by being expanded in a radial direction, thereby removing an interval from the mount groove. |
