A manual spring stiffness measuring device according to the present invention comprises: a base plate; a gear box installed on the base plate and which a handle is connected at one side; a pair of guide rods installed on the base plate and which at least one length measuring point is attached; a rotating rod installed on the gear box and rotated by a rotating force of the gear box; an upper plate installed at the top of the guide rod and the rotating rod; a rod cell installed on the lower surface of the upper plate and which a spring is connected on the lower part; and a moving plate which the spring is connected to the upper part and vertically moves along the guide rod and the rotating rod by rotation of the rotating rod thereby extending or compressing the spring.
