<p>The present invention relates to an adhesion prevention purpose of a hyaluronic acid derivative, wherein the hyaluronic acid derivative has a structure of furfuryl amines introduced to a carboxyl functional group of the hyaluronic acid and shows a nature of curing by forming a cross-linked bond by a visible light. For the hyaluronic acid derivative according to the present invention, in-vivo residence time is extended and anti-adhesion characteristic is excellently maintained due to the nature of curing. In addition, the hyaluronic acid derivative can be used to prevent an adhesion phenomenon which occurs due to surgery, infection, and injury since the hyaluronic acid derivative has no cytotoxicity and is discharged by being naturally decomposed in vivo.</p> |
