摘要 The conventional apparatus for measuring the degree of flexibility of an electrode for a flexible supercapacitor has problems such as difficulties in measuring accurate mechanical reliability according to the bending stress because the measurement can only depend on bending or twisting using hands or a simple device, difficulties in putting a jig for supporting an electrode of a flexible supercapacitor into a beaker with chemical substances, and difficulties in real-time measurement of the current and voltage of the electrode of the bended or twisted flexible supercapacitor. To solve the above problems of the conventional apparatus, a mechanical flexibility bending apparatus for a flexible supercapacitor prepared by the present invention comprises a supporting frame, a rectangular panel main body, a stepping motor, a ball screw, a T-type rotating transfer and carrying unit, a transfer jig supporting board, a C-shaped transfer jig unit, a fixating jig supporting board, a C-type fixating jig unit, a twin type variable jig module, and a mechanical flexibility measuring module. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the mechanical flexibility bending apparatus which can conduct an internal and an external bending test after fixating a flexible supercapacitor to a jig in order to accurately measure the mechanical reliability according to the bending stress, can remove the disturbance of pure chemical reaction of the flexible supercapacitor by manufacturing the C-shaped transfer jig unit, the C-type fixating jig unit, a first C-type variable jig unit, and a second C-type variable jig unit of a Teflon material, installed in a water-soluble electrolyte tank in order to support the electrode of the flexible supercapacitor, and can evaluate the chemical and mechanical flexibility of the flexible supercapacitor at the same time through a counter electrode and a reference electrode.
