A method for manufacturing a positive-charged single layer type electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises the steps of: manufacturing a coating solution for a photosensitive layer containing a good solvent for a binder resin and an organic solvent having the boiling point of at least one type 70°C or more; and coating the coating solution for a photosensitive layer on a photoreceptor support having 0.7 mm or less thickness, and drying to form the photosensitive layer.
