The present invention relates to a coagulation processing apparatus and a method for processing coagulation. The coagulation processing apparatus comprises: an upper plate installed in a passage which a molten metal is passing through, and having an upper through hole which is vertically penetrated; a lower plate installed by being separated from the lower part of the upper plate, and having a lower through hole which is vertically penetrated; a medium plate located between the upper plate and the lower plate and slid, and having a medium through hole which is vertically penetrated; and a processor equipped in the outside of the passage to process coagulation formed inside the medium through hole. Since a discharge through hole for discharging coagulation processed from the medium through hole is equipped in the lower plate, the processor applies direct or indirect pressure to the coagulation formed inside the medium through hole. Therefore, the coagulation can be easily removed through the discharge through hole.
