The present invention provides an integrated manhole cover for filth inflow prevention and backflow prevention, which includes: a metal panel that covers the upper portion of a manhole; a plurality of drains that are provided in the metal panel; a lattice-shaped supporting member that is coupled to the drains and has a coupling projection therein; and an elastic blocking plate that has a coupling hole that is inserted into the coupling projection of the supporting member, and which is positioned between the supporting member and the drains. |
