The present invention relates to a method for growing bean sprouts comprising: a sorting step for sorting soybeans to be discarded from a number of prepared soybeans; a moisturizing step for providing moisture to the rest of the soybeans remaining after removal of the soybeans to be discarded and keeping the moisture continuously; a drying step for drying the soybeans until the surfaces of the soybeans become hard by drying the moisturized soybeans for a preset period of time so that the moisture contained in the soybeans is removed; a pyrophylite supplying step for supplying a pyrophylite inclusion to the soybeans dried for a long time, as nourishment, with water in order to allow the beneficial ingredients contained in the pyrophylite inclusion to be continuously absorbed into the soybeans and germinate the soybeans; a growing step for growing the germinated soybeans; and a harvesting step for harvesting the grown soybeans. The pyrophylite comprises natural fossil mud containing gold and silver from Boryeong, and the beneficial ingredients in the pyrophylite, such as the gold and silver, are absorbed into the bean sprouts, thereby providing high quality bean sprouts having an excellent texture and being used for healthy products.
