The present invention relates to a semiconductor device determining the processing order of requests of a semiconductor device and an operation method thereof. The operation method of semiconductor device according to the present invention includes the steps of: processing more than one or two read requests when there are more than one or two read requests determined to be row-hit in a read queue; switching to a write queue when there is not any read request determined to be row-hit in the read queue; processing more than one or two write requests when there are more than one or two write requests determined to be row-hit in the write queue; and switching to read queue when there is not any write request determined to be row-hit in the write queue.
