The present invention relates to an enteric drug of duloxetine, and more specifically, to an enteric drug which contains duloxetine or its salt, which are unstable under an acidic condition and an enteric layer containing polyvinyl acetate phthalate. The enteric drug of duloxetine according to an embodiment of the invention comprises 35-45 wt% of an inert core, 20-35 wt% of a drug layer, 15-25 wt% of a separating layer containing hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, 5-15 wt% of an enteric layer containing polyvinyl acetate phthalate, and 5-15 wt%of a finish layer.
