The present invention relates to an antiviral composition against calicivirus and orthomyxovirus. Since the composition in the present invention has an excellent activity for inhibiting the propagation and replication of the calcivirus and orthomyxovirus, the composition can be used as an effective drug against norovirus and feline calicivirus, for which no vaccine or treatment exists at present time. Moreover, the composition is safe since natural plants are used as active ingredients for an antiviral drug against avian influenza virus and human influenza virus belonging to Orthomyxoviridae, thereby being expected to reduce an occurrence of norovirus-induced food poisoning and be a very significant development socioeconomically as an alternative material against resistant viruses and new mutant viruses.
