A board connection system of a computer comprises a first main board, multiple first extension boards and a cooling unit. The first main board includes multiple first connection slots extended to a first direction, and the first main board is extended in parallel to the first direction as a plate shape. The first extension boards are arranged in parallel to the first main board, and each of the first extension boards is combined to each of the first connection slots. The cooling unit is arranged below the first main board and first extension boards and cools them. |
