The present invention relates to a touch screen-integrated display device for preventing degradation of image quality caused by a touch and improving the beauty of a design by reducing a bezel and a driving method thereof. The touch screen-integrated display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes multiple data lines and multiple gate lines which is formed to cross each other at a lower substrate of a display panel; a common electrode formed at each touch block by grouping total pixels into a predetermined number of pixels and forming multiple touch blocks; multiple touch drive lines formed at the lower substrate in the same direction as the data line; and multiple touch sensing lines formed at an upper substrate of the display panel in the same direction as the gate line.
