The present invention relates to functional kimchi for anti-aging and a method for manufacturing the same. At the process for making the kimchi by adding spices to raw ingredients in the method for manufacturing the kimchi according to the present invention, 10-30 parts by weight of a functional additive for anti-aging is added per 100 parts by weight of the raw ingredients for the kimchi, and the functional additive for anti-aging comprises 80-99 wt% of healthy functional food ingredients and 1-20 wt% of functional nutrients. The kimchi manufactured by the method contains a number of healthy functional food ingredients preventing aging and improving menopausal symptoms, thereby being able to be useful to patients with a menopausal disorder. |
