A mobile terminal comprises: a case in which electronic components are installed and which has a penetration window at the front thereof; a display unit which is arranged in the case toward the penetration window; a window glass which is coupled to the case while covering the penetration window and includes a bezel made of an opaque material and formed in the perimeter of a light transmitting portion except for the light transmitting portion corresponding to the display unit; a user input unit which includes a key pattern groove formed by etching a part of the bezel and a touch sensor formed at the rear of the key pattern groove; an light emitting unit which includes a light guide layer positioned at the rear of the user input unit and a light source positioned at a lateral side of the light guide layer; and a light diffusion preventing unit which is positioned between the light emitting unit and the window glass and prevents diffusion of light. According to the present invention, it is possible to solve the diffusion of light emitted through the user input unit and the key pattern groove, thereby making the shape of a key pattern clear and providing a clean external appearance of the mobile terminal. |
