The present invention relates to a cell of a reserve battery for enhancing an insulation function. In a bipolar electrode structure where a cathode, a compartment, an anode, and a separator are stacked, the outer diameter of an anode which is bonded to one surface of the compartment is smaller than that of the compartment. The inner diameter of the anode is larger than that of the compartment. Thereby, each insulator is inserted into the outer surface and the inner surface of the anode. The insulator prevents the movement of charges generated in the outer surface and the inner surface of the anode and greatly reduces a leakage current. |
